We encourage our guests and hosts to leave peer feedback, or reviews, after each GoGo experience. After check-out, guests and hosts will receive an email to review and rate the experience with each other. Guests might offer constructive criticism for their hosts or rave about the fantastic experience. Hosts might cite their guests’ attention to house rules or share photos from their experience.

Guests who select your accommodations or experiences for their travel plans will get the opportunity to review hosts and their offerings on GoGo. After check-out, guests are notified by GoGo to provide accurate, kind, and constructive comments for their hosts. After review and verification by GoGo, the review is made available for users.

Are “bad” reviews “bad” for my GoGo profile?
