GoGo Refunds

GoGo’s service fee is refundable under the following conditions:

  • Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
  • Your cancellation limit of 3 reservations per the last 12 months has not been exceeded.
  • Your cancellation does not overlap with a reservation already in your account
  • Your nightly rate is refundable under the conditions of your host’s policy.

If applicable, your service fee is refundable up to 14 to 28 days before check-in. Some reservations have an extended-grace period for your cancellation. The service fee is always refundable for reservations for Italy and South Korean travelers if:

  • You cancel before check-in
  • Your cancellation limit of 3 reservations per the last 12 months has not been exceeded
  • Your cancellation does not overlap with another reservation in your account

The GoGo team and community make every effort possible to offer consistent travel experiences. It is still in your best interest to check with the cancellation policy outlined by your host. The host policies still apply to the rest of your reservation. Each reservation has specified details if cancellation is desired

What does non-refundable mean on GoGo?

  1. Hosts may choose to offer a non-refundable rate option for their guests. Non-refundable rate selection offers a rate discount to guests who prefer a discount on the listing’s standard rate in exchange for their cancelation flexibility.
  2. Guests can receive consideration from the base price and the host keeps their entire payout if a guest cancels, minus the cleaning fee if the cancellation occurs before check-in.
  3. While booking a reservation, guests have the option to select the discounted rate for a listing instead of your standard rate and cancelation notice policy. In the event of a guest’s cancellation with the discounted rate, hosts still receive a bulk of the rate booked by the guest.

When am I charged for a reservation?

  1. Once the host accepts your request, your payment method will be charged. The confirmation will be sent to you.
  2. If you choose a payment plan, you will pay a portion of the total when your reservation is confirmed. The remaining will automatically be charged on the date(s) listed at checkout.
  3. GoGo holds the payment until 24 hours after check-in before transferring it to the host. This gives both you and your host some additional time to assure that everything is as expected.
  4. You will be charged for each booking request you submit, so if multiple booking requests are confirmed for the same dates, you’ll be double-booked, and you won’t be eligible for a refund.
