GOGO HOST LISTING REQUIREMENTS

From GoGo, we always ask our hosts to create a comfortable and reliable ambience for the guests by meeting these requirements for each location:

We ask all our hosts to maintain a quick response rate to booking requests and reservations. A 24-hour response system is maintained at hosts listed properties across the globe.

Guests will be intimated about the reservation immediate to booking at the host property by the hosts. We recommend hosts to get comfortable when conveying the reservation message to guests, because of GoGo’s Guest Vetting procedures.

We request hosts to take cancellation on guests stay inn on a serious note and to avoid cancelling on guests unless the circumstances are not avoidable.

A review from the hosts and guests makes all our day more happening and further improvements will thy be implemented effective immediately.

GOGO RULES FOR HOSTS

Hosting places on the United States of America, Mexico, Indonesia, Thailand, Italy, Denmark, Greece, Croatia, Tanzania and Poland that were invited to join GoGo will be expected to follow the program’s listing requirements. Listings for these places to stay have been published. The exclusivity requirement is not required, but is preferred to all other listings on GoGo.

Post to the confirmation of your property listing at GoGo we request all our HOSTS to not to create any further listings in any other platforms or private solicitations.

We have invested our vetting resources to have you as part of the GoGo family with the concept of keeping your location busy with travelers from across the globe.

It is also expected from the HOSTS to confirm their exit from previous listed platforms before listing with GoGo.

Removal from GoGo listings

If the place you are listing with GoGo appears in search results or is available to book on other websites or services after your listing has been published with GoGo, you will be notified by GoGo Administration to remove the listing from other platforms within a specific timeframe.

If any of your listings are not removed from the other booking websites or services within the agreed upon deadline, we reserve the right to remove your listing from the GoGo platform. You would no longer have access to GoGo benefits.

INTIMATION TO GUESTS

  • We provide with the comfort and allow our hosts to send greetings to their guests and other hosts listed in GoGo.
  • We allow Hosts to enquire the stay comfort and hospitality approach to their Guests.
  • The hosts are requested to give a call to their guests to confirm the stay at their inn.
  • GoGo will always be an intermediary between the hosts and the Guests for any communication channels to ensure the safety and security of the entire chain.
  • Once the guests stay inn is confirmed an immediate notification will be sent to the contact shared by the guests with the login profile at GoGo.

REVIEW TAB

  • When Checkout is completed parties will get an email to review each other. Published on the Property detail page.
  • Our host review tab will be the checked-on routine to understand the ratings provided by guests.
  • The host tab will be sharing the ratings from hosts properties across the globe which will further be motivated with offers and recommendations from GoGo itself as the top in the listing for that particular location of travel.
