Guests may inquire about accessibility needs from their host through messaging or from feedback from the GoGo community through reviews. Hosts may employ our tips and guidelines for making their experience accessible to everyone. Hosts can even offer pictures and descriptions of exactly how any user can enjoy the experience.

What about service animals?

Don’t forget about your service animal, because GoGo certainly hasn’t. Users can even specify the needs of their service animal with their hosts with a designated filter in your search. Not just service animals, but any pet who’s your travel companion can accompany you to GoGo’s pet friendly accommodations. GoGo understands specified service animals are a crucial role in the lives of their owner. Given your service animal is reasonably tame and housebroken, hosts are required to accept reservation of their guests, without discrimatnion, regardless of the experience’s pet friendly designation. Reasonable accommodation can be made for certain health and safety concerns.

For hosts in the United States and affiliated regions, experiences and accommodations are subject to the Americans with Disabilities Act and further legislation within certain jurisdictions. Hosts with five (5) or more listings should consider consulting ada.gov, the ADA National Network, and other experts who can advise you on compliance with these regulations if you encounter any questions.

Nondiscrimination Policy and ADA Compliance

GoGo unflinchingly stands against discrimation of any sort. Although not every host’s experience can qualify for all accessibility needs, a host can’t refuse a reservation solely because of a disability. If you encounter discrimination of any kind while using GoGo or your experience was not accessible as indicated, please report your concern to GoGo Support.

How do I sign up to GoGo using my phone number?

  • Click Sign Up - A registration box will appear on your screen
  • Select your country code from the dropdown -or- Type the name of the country code and select
  • Enter your phone number and the verification code texted to you on the next screen
  • Enter your First Name, Last Name - Make sure it matches your Government ID
  • Enter your date of birth - To sign up, you must be at least 18
  • Enter your eMail address - We’ll eMail you trip confirmation and receipts
  • Select Agree and Continue or Continue consenting to policies & terms, finish signing up

How do I sign up to GoGo using my eMail?

  • Click Sign Up - A registration box will appear on your screen
  • Select Continue with eMail and list the address you prefer
  • Enter your First Name, Last Name - Make sure it matches your Government ID
  • Enter your date of birth - To sign up, you must be at least 18
  • Enter your eMail address - We’ll eMail you trip confirmation and receipts
  • Select Agree and Continue or Continue consenting to policies & terms, finish signing up

How do I sign up to GoGo using Google?

  • Click Sign Up - A registration box will appear on your screen
  • Select Continue with Google
  • Confirm your G-Mail profile and password
  • Grant GoGo permission to view certain information or not
  • Update your password for use on GoGo and finish signing up

How do I link my payment information?

Select on Payments and Payouts from My Account Payments methods with GoGo include PayPal, Venmo, Bank Account, Debit Card, Paper Check, and Wire Transfer Click the Add button to the right of Add a new payment method and Add a Bank account Each information box has a dropdown, select or input the applicable information to add your accounts

How safe is my financial information on GoGo?

Securing your information is as important to GoGo as it is to you. GoGo does not share any of your information with anyone who isn’t a direct user or partner… and we only use it with your authorization. You can trust GoGo to make sure ALL of your information is secure, not just your financial information.

How can I review and edit my login and personal information?

  • Click Your Name and select My Profile from the dropdown
  • Upload a photo or image to quicker recognize your account
  • Click on Browse Image and import an image of your choosing
  • Verify your first and last name from the Sign Up page
  • Verify your email, password and date of birth
  • After adding your emergency contact information, either Save All or Add other documents to upload
  • If additional information is needed in the region to where you are traveling, you can add copies of your passport, driver’s license, etc.

How do I get reminders about my trips, travel coupons, and other information from GoGo?

  • Click on your name and click on My Profile from the drop down menu. Select Notifications
  • Click on the tab that best suits your preference to get your reminders
  • Your profile will be updated with a notification message after you click a method of communication on or off.

How do I connect or disconnect my other social accounts to my profile?

  • Let your friends and followers know how much fun you’re having with GoGo!
  • Link your Facebook and Google accounts to GoGo so it makes planning and posting your vacation easier to enjoy. You can easily add, update, or remove your social accounts.
  • Click on (Your Name) and select My Profile from the dropdown Select Login & Security
  • From this page, you can update your Facebook and Google in your profile
