HOW DO I CHOOSE MY STAY AT GOGO

  1. From the Home Page go to Destination.
  2. Type the destination you require over the words All Destinations.
  3. As you type some letters, the Drop-Down Box will start giving you suggestions.
  4. Click on your destination.
  5. Under Travelers, type the number of people in the group including yourself.
  6. Under dates a 2-month calendar will drop down. Click on the arrival date and departure date you wish.
  7. Click on the Blue box with the white arrow.
  8. If there is no location in the destination go back to the top of this page edit your location and click on the Blue Arrow.
  9. Once you have the right place at the right time and price, click on Book Now.
  10. The next page will give you the details of the property and the option to contact host.
  11. You can now pay for your stay by using one of your established methods of payment. If you have not established methods of payment, you can do so at this time.
  12. You can also ask a question or give a comment to the host on this page.
  13. The Host will receive your reservation.

HOW DO I REFINE MY SEARCH TO CHOOSE A PROPERTY OF STAY?

  1. Once you have a listing of destination to you request you can Sort and Refine your search.

  2. Click on the Sort tab and you will find different sorting parameters:

    • Price High to Low
    • Price Low to High
  3. Title name of property in Descending order.

  4. Title name of property in Ascending order.

  5. Click on the Filter tab to quickly set your price requirement.

  6. Type of property requirement:

    • Apartment
    • Villa
    • Wood Cabin
  7. The best filter is the list of your Favorites list under the Heart.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY GOGO RESERVATION BEFORE THE TRIP?

GoGo makes it easy to update your upcoming reservations:

  1. In Trips, select the trip you want to modify from upcoming or all activity.
  2. Click the show details icon attached to the itinerary.
  3. From the dropdown, select show details.
  4. Selecting change or cancel will allow you modify your stay.
  5. The page you’re directed to will allow you to cancel your reservation.
  6. The cancel option will inform you of the cancelation process and offer you further information pertinent to the cancellation.
  7. Your refund is determined by the GoGo host’s terms for the listing.

CANCELLATION POLICY

GoGo Hosts set their cancellation policy which guests follow. Terms vary depending on each place and the amount of time left before check-in. Specific terms are found at the bottom of each listing. After you book, you’ll see the details in the reservation confirmation email and on your Trips page.

  • Canceling your reservation from 7 to 14 days before the agreed-upon arrival date, the guest will receive a 90% refund.
  • Canceling your reservation from 3 to 6 days before the agreed-upon arrival date, the guest will receive a 50% refund.
  • Canceling your reservation the day before the agreed-upon arrival date the guest will receive no refund.
  • Hosts may have cancellation regulations that differ to these.

ARE THEIR DIFFERENT RULES OR POLICIES FOR EACH GOGO LISTING?

When booking a location or experience with GoGo, we ask users to please remain cognizant of each host’s individual guidelines to safely and courteously enjoy their offering. GoGo advocates for all users expectations of each other in respect to cleanliness, time, and overall experience. If you feel your experience was not what you expected because guests didn’t follow the rules or a host didn’t provide the experience advertised, GoGo wants to hear from you. Guests and Hosts may leave reviews and comments of each other informing users about past comportment.

WILL I HAVE THE CHANCE TO ASK MY HOST QUESTIONS?

Yes! With GoGo, you’re able to message your host before, during, and after your GoGo stays or experiences. Whether you want to know before you book, while you’re enjoying, or after checkout, simply message your host and they’ll get notified by GoGo to answer you immediately.
